View claim notifications
You can display the existing claims reports in a list by selecting the desired insurance class in the "Claim notifications" menu.
A click on the desired insurance class will open a new page with a list of existing claims.
To call up the details of a damage report, click on a line in the list and the detailed view opens with all of the form data.
In order to adapt the lists to your needs, you can both sort the entries according to specific columns and configure the order of the columns in the table.
If you see the small arrows for sorting to the right of the heading, then the list can be sorted by this column.
Click on the desired heading to sort the entries in this column in ascending order. Another click sorts the list in descending order.
You can recognize the current sorting by the small green arrow to the right of the relevant heading.
The sorting of the list is saved as a setting for your user in the customer portal and restored the next time you log in.
