For the application to assign the right contract for your claim, you select an object as follows:
The insured object can be found using the address or contract number.
Enter part of the address or the contract number in the field for suitable suggestions.
Once you select the desired item from the list of proposals, the input is taken into the field and the application can assign the correct contract.
In rare cases, more than one risk is assigned to an insurance contract. In this case, another selection list appears with suitable entries for the selected contract. Here, too, please select the relevant entry.
When creating a building claim notification, you have the option of generating an order via email for the renovator entered. To do this, first check the box provided (Send a copy of this message as an order to the damage repairer). Then click on the selection window SHOW E-MAIL TEXT. A pre-written email text appears, which can be modified at any time.
If you complete the damage and report it, the order will be sent to the renovator by email.
