PDF export of a claim report
Existing damage reports can be downloaded as a PDF document.
When you call up an existing damage report, you will see the button for PDF export at the top right of the page.
Click the PDF export to have the application create a PDF in the background. This will take a moment and then the PDF will be transferred to your web browser.
Depending on the web browser used, the PDF file is first downloaded (e.g. in the "Downloads" folder on your computer) and may be immediately displayed in a new browser tab.
You can only export PDFs after the claim report has been submitted. In order to save a new report as a PDF, it must first be transmitted and can then be opened for viewing from the list of damage reports.
