To add documents and images to an existing claim report, first open the claim report by clicking on it in the list of claims reports.
The read-only view of the claim form is displayed.
Now click on the button "Send new documents" at the top of the page, or scroll to the bottom of the page to see the section for documents.
Here you can add new documents and images and annotate them. This is done in exactly the same way as when creating a new claim report.
When you have completed the additions, do not forget to save: Finally, click on the "Report damage now" button to submit the new data.
